DO YOU SUPPLY FRAMED PRINTS?


Unfortunately not. Our prints are a standard print size and we recommend frames from Ikea, H&M and most high street homeware shops. (Hannah Owen Illustrates is not affiliated in any way with the brands mentioned).




CAN YOU PRINT CUSTOM SIZES?


Unfortunately we are unable to print custom sizes right now. We are working on a solution to make it workable for both us and you, the customer. Please check back in a few months.

WHERE'S MY ORDER?


Thank you for your recent order and apologies it hasn't arrived yet. Dispatch times are 1-4 working days from when you placed your order. Royal Mail is experiencing some delays to their usual service due to the ongoing Covid crisis. If you are in the UK and your parcel hasn't arrived after 7 working days please get in touch and we will get back to you. If you are in Europe or the rest of the world please get in touch if your parcel hasn't arrived after 4-6 weeks. UK: Royal Mail 2nd Class aims for 2-3 working days from dispatch. Royal Mail 1st Class aims for 1-2 working days from dispatch. (During Covid this can be up to 3-5 days during busy periods.) UK: Sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery - Next day (from dispatch), signature required. Europe: Sent via Royal Mail International Standard Delivery - 1-4 weeks Europe: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for Delivery - 1-4 weeks Rest of the world: Sent via Royal Mail International Standard Delivery - 2-6 weeks Rest of the world: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for Delivery - 2-6 weeks




MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED


We are so sorry that your order has arrived in a damaged state. Although rare, sometimes prints get damaged in transit. Please send a photo of your damaged print and we will send a replacement.
